Freenote Cloth stands behind the quality of our garments and offers a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. We strive to ensure every piece meets your expectations for fit and craftsmanship.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply download and print it to prepare your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
